O visitante depara-se com um espaço ao mesmo tempo refinado e dramático, composto por várias instalações, onde utiliza 800 pés de cerâmica  -; ferros, plásticos, vidros, samburás, meias de nylon, águas e corantes; sendo que, cada proposta ocupa aproximadamente 10m2. Inspira-se em sua bisavó e nas mulheres chinesas que até o século XIX tinham os pés mutilados – sendo enfaixados desde a infância – para que não crescessem além de 8 cm. de comprimento. Os homens obrigavam as mulheres a este sacrifício não só porque para eles os pés pequenos e enfaixados eram um fetiche sexual, como também representavam submissão e clausura. Os pequenos passos que conseguiam dar, tornavam-nas frágeis e dependentes; sem autonomia para se locomover livremente.

The visitor encounters a space wich is both refined and dramatic, wich consts of several installations where 800 feet of ceramics  – pieces of iron, plastics, glasses, creels, panty hose, water and pigment. Each pieces of work takes up 10 square meters approximately. Inspired in her great-grandmother and the Chinese women who until the 19ºcentury had their feet mutilated – bounded since their infancy – so as not to grow beyond 8 centimeters of length. Men would force women to such sacrifice not only because for them, the small and bounded feet were a sexual fetich, but they would also represent submission and seclusion. The short steps that they were able to take would make them fragile and dependant, without any autonomy to move freely.
